(She/Her/Hers)

There are so many reasons to seek out therapy, maybe you’re feeling stuck after many attempts at changing, maybe you are experiencing deep emotional pain, feeling crippling anxiety, debilitating depression, or something else.

My Specialties and Approach

Effective therapy is different for each person and because of that, I strive to create a safe space catered to your needs with empathy, compassion, thoughtfulness, and just maybe a sprinkle of humor. By leaning into your unique needs, we can collaborate to create the life you want to live! It is my priority to share the experiences of being a human with you in the therapy room as you achieve your goals and obtain personal growth. I strive to empower all my clients, especially women and other minorities in how they want to live and be.

My interests in therapy are women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ affirming topics, eating disorders, body image, faith transitions, anxiety, and depression.

My Education and Experience

I graduated from Valdosta State University in 2024 with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also speak fluent Portuguese.

Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients. I consider it the greatest privilege to hear the stories of others and be a part of their journeys of healing and growth. It will never cease to amaze me how much I learn from each client and am inspired by their life stories and capacity for change.
